Can I drop off my child, or do I need to stay?

• All classes and camps are drop off only, except for our parent and me classes.

Do I need to register in advance?

• Yes, we recommend registering in advance as our events can fill up quickly. You can sign up using the classes page here on our site!

How can I find out about upcoming classes?

• Join our mailing list, or follow us on social media to stay updated on new classes, events, and special offers!

Refunds & Cancellations

•  At this time, we do not offer refunds. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
• If you cannot make it to your booking, please notify the studio as soon as possible.

Communication

• Updates will be sent via email regarding any changes to events or classes.
• Customers are encouraged to communicate any questions or concerns to the studio.

Photography

• By signing up for classes, parents give permission for the studio to photograph their child and artwork for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media).
• If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please notify staff ahead of time.

Behavior

• Disruptive behavior (e.g., bullying, refusal to follow instructions) may result in early dismissal.
• Parents will be notified of a child's repeated disruptive behavior.

Safety Guidelines

• All attendees must follow any safety instructions provided by the instructors.
• Please inform instructors of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect participation.

Materials & Supplies

• All necessary materials will be provided for each class.
• Attendees are encouraged to respect studio supplies and equipment.

Emergency Procedures

• In case of an emergency, parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
• Contact information for kids classes must be provided at registration.

Clothing

• Please dress to make a mess! We are not held responsible for clothes being stained, damaged, etc.
